Rare Regency Period Carved Terracotta Ornamental Relief

Fine and rare Regency period carved terracotta ornamental relief, impressed Harmer Fecit.

Jonathan Harmer 1762 - 1849 worked at Heathfield, West Sussex, making fine relief moulds. Examples of his work are to be found in the Victoria and Albert museum.
Circa 1800, in later mahogany frame.
